Here at Pinnacle, we pride ourselves at putting the customer’s needs first. Our management is hands-on and you will find them on our job sites each day assuring top quality work and professionalism. The smaller size of our team allows us to create personal relationships with our customers. In the construction industry, it is inevitable that questions, changes, and sometimes even problems occur, that is why our management team is available by phone, to meet in person, answer questions, and address concerns, and then respond quickly to ensure quality results for your project.
Steve Young- Founder
Steve has 25+ years’ experience owning and operating two successful paving businesses in the valley (Young’s Pavement Maintenance and Pinnacle Paving, Inc.). He began his career by selling petroleum products and has over 40 years of asphalt experience. Steve is now semi-retired and still enjoys consulting on jobs and interacting with customers, but leaves the day to day operations in the hands of his daughter and son-in-law.
Owner, General Manager
Jeff brings over 20 years of construction project management experience working for a fortune 30 company. As a co-owner, Jeff is the main point of contact between the customer, consultant and our team. He maintains communication, scheduling, and any questions that arise from our customers. Jeff visits each job site daily to help maintain the high standards and relationships our business is based upon.
Manuel Neves-
Operations Manager
Manny has over 30 years’ experience in the asphalt industry operating equipment, schedule and managing crews. Manny manages both of our crews, totaling 20 team members, and most of the time you will see him working side by side with our paving crew. He also schedules materials, handles day to day operations for the crews, and on the job trouble shooting. Manny's dedication to each individual project keeps the quality of our work at the pinnacle of the industry.

Owner, Office Manager
Stephanie started working in the paving business when her father Steve began his first company in 1991. Years later she transitioned to YSC Paving as their Office Manager. Now, as the majority owner of Pinnacle Paving, Stephanie is proud to run a Woman Owned Business and to carry on the family trade. Her experience in the paving industry, as well as her love for organization, keeps Pinnacle's office running smoothly.
Sales Representative
Kent joined the Pinnacle family in early 2018. Kent’s dedicated work ethic, excellent communication skills, and overall knowledge of the paving industry have led to his success at Pinnacle. Kent will schedule a convenient time to meet customers at the job site prior to giving an estimate. This practice ensures customers receive the best solution for their current project needs. He will then develop a long term plan to help protect their investment.
